In the fall, several years ago, I was taking an art course in Brockville, and every week I chose to drive the Thousand Islands Parkway along the St Lawrence River to and from the college. This painting was inspired by the marshes along the river and around the islands area between Gananoque and Brockville, Ontario. Ever so beautiful in the fall.
